Skip to end of metadata Go to start of metadataPlanMill Appraisals (Career Discussion) enables companies to conduct a performance appraisal with the employee and management to obtain a review and development discussion as part of the HRM process. This is integrated with other PlanMill HRM modules and data for operative work, management, and HR processes. HR users are able to manage appraisal periods, goals and review topics from the user interface.

Appraisals, also known as performance appraisal, employee appraisal, performance review, or (career) development discussion is a method by which the job performance of an employee is evaluated (generally in terms of quality, quantity, cost, and time) typically by a manager or supervisor (Wikipedia). |
Email notifications will be sent automatically from employer to employee or vice versa from completing every review status depending on the status change.
